What you are never charged for
Messages your customers send you are free. So are the free-form replies you send back inside WhatsApp's 24-hour customer service window — the panel counts that window down for you on every conversation. You pay for template messages: the ones that start a conversation.
Prepaid, not post-paid
You buy the messages you expect to send, and they sit on your account until you send them. No meter running in the background, and no bill arriving for a month you have already spent.
Roughly how many utility and marketing messages a month. The calculator below is a good starting point — you do not have to be exact, because one balance covers both.
You pay for that many at the rates above and we load the balance onto your account — one balance, shared by every WhatsApp number you run.
Each message draws its own rate: ₹1.50 marketing, ₹0.20 utility. The panel shows what is left and which number spent it, and refuses a campaign it cannot cover — so nothing runs up a bill you did not agree to.
Shared
Message credits belong to your account, not to a number. Run four numbers and they all draw from the same top-up — the busy one simply uses more of it. You never have to guess how to split a balance between them, and credit is never stuck on a number that went quiet.
Per number
These are charged for each number, because each one is its own Meta registration and its own inbox to work in: ₹1,999 once to connect it, ₹299 a month to run it. Add a number and only these two change — your credits stay one shared balance.

Work out your month
Put in your own numbers to see what a month of credits plus your inbox charges comes to. Registration is shown separately, because you only pay it when a number is first connected.
Enter your messages as one total across all your numbers — credits are shared, so it does not matter which number sends them. Only the inbox and registration lines multiply by how many numbers you run.

Pricing questions
There are two fixed charges and two usage rates. ₹1,999 once per WhatsApp number to register it, ₹299 per month per inbox, then ₹0.20 for every utility or authentication message and ₹1.50 for every marketing message you send. 18% GST applies on top of all of these.
No. The per-message rates already include what Meta charges for the message, so ₹0.20 and ₹1.50 are the whole cost to you. You do not need a separate billing arrangement with Meta, and there is no line item on your invoice that you did not see on this page.
No — every figure on this page is exclusive of tax, and 18% GST is added to your invoice. A ₹299 inbox is ₹352.82 with GST; ₹1.50 per marketing message is ₹1.77.
Meta decides the category when it approves your template, and that category is what you are charged for. Order updates, delivery notifications and appointment reminders are utility. One-time passcodes and login codes are authentication. Offers, promotions and re-engagement are marketing.
No. Incoming messages are free, and so are the free-form replies you send inside the 24-hour customer service window. You are charged for template messages — the ones you start a conversation with.
Connecting one WhatsApp Business number to the official Meta Cloud API: the embedded signup, business verification, display name approval and webhook setup, done with you until the number is live. It is charged once per number, not every year.
One WhatsApp number and the conversations on it. ₹299 per month covers that inbox on the web panel and the Android app, with every feature included — campaigns, auto-replies, contacts, reporting and the REST API. If you run three numbers, that is three inboxes.
No. There is one product and every account gets all of it. The only thing that changes your bill is how many numbers you run and how many messages you send.
Message credits are prepaid. You tell us how many you expect to send, pay for that many at the rates above, and we load them onto your account. Sending draws them down, and the panel shows what is left against your plan, so you always know where you stand before a campaign rather than after it.
Sending stops. The panel refuses the send and tells you the limit is reached, rather than letting a campaign run up a bill you did not agree to. Top up and it resumes — nothing queued is lost.
Yes. Credits are added to your account whenever you need them, in whatever quantity suits you. There is no fixed monthly bundle you have to grow into or pay for twice.
Yes. You hold one balance in rupees, and each message draws its own rate from it — ₹1.50 for a marketing message, ₹0.20 for a utility or authentication one. You do not have to guess the split in advance or buy two separate bundles, and unspent credit is never stranded in the wrong pool.
No. Message credits are shared across your whole account. Top up once and every number you run draws from the same balance, whichever one happens to be busy that week. The panel still shows you what each number spent, so you can see where the money went without having to ring-fence it in advance.
The two fixed charges, because each is genuinely per number: ₹1,999 once to register the new number with Meta, and ₹299 a month for its inbox. Your message credits stay as one shared balance. Three numbers means three registrations and three inbox subscriptions, but still one top-up.
