The WhatsApp Business Account stays in the business's name; MsgGenie is not a reseller of someone else's number. - Business-initiated messages must use a template Meta has approved. Template review is Meta's step, not MsgGenie's. - Free-form replies are possible only inside WhatsApp's 24-hour customer service window, which opens when the customer messages first. - Campaigns are queued and paced with retries rather than sent in one burst, and report delivered, read and failed counts. - Current product surfaces: a web panel and an Android companion app. There is no published iOS app. - Industry and city pages describe illustrative workflows and service availability.
